The President…the military…and many others take an oath to protect and defend the constitution.
In March 2013 the US Supreme Court will decide whether the Defense of Marriage Act is constitutional.
The Defense of Marriage Act was already declared to be unconstitutional before it will be tried.
The constitution requires the executive branch to enforce laws.
The executive branch already has said that it will not enforce the law.
There has been no punishment of those who violated their oath.

This country was quite successful until Woodrow Wilson advocated the idea of collectivism. The country has been on a decline ever since. Collectivism failed in the USSR. I heard Allen West called to vote for speaker of the House…not once, but twice.
I looked up the new House representatives, and Allen West was not listed. Link to Florida new house members
At the end of the roll call…non voters were called. Alan West was not called.
Alan West received 2 votes.
Colin Powell, Allen West among those receiving votes for House speaker
Boehner got 220 out of 426 votes cast.
John Boehner was elected speaker.
The ACLU says they plan to appeal Judge McMahon’s decision and are currently awaiting news regarding a separate lawsuit filed alongside the Center for Constitutional Rights that directly challenges the constitutionality of the targeted kills.
