"Today, the Islamic State is seen as the strong horse"

"Today, the Islamic State is seen as the strong horse in the Middle East. Our failure to reverse its military gains after six months of bombing has sent the message that the Islamic State is able to take the United States’ best punches and remain standing." Washington Post

McConnell Didn't Represent Me...Today

Here's a link to what went on in the Senate February 24, 2015
McConnell tried to proceed to HR240...again...the fourth time! The motion failed 47-46 even though the Republicans have a potential 54 vote majority.
The Republicans had 53 votes to proceed on HR240 previously. Now, the Republicans had 47 Republican votes.
Here's what Harry Reid had to say about that: 8:53
There is discussion of changing the rules in this video: 53:00
McConnell did not represent me in the Senate today. McConnell did not represent the House voters, who voted for HR240, and their constituents, in the Senate today.
Judge Andrew Hanen , who enjoined "immigration actions", and 26 states have helped our country. I'm grateful for their efforts.

DHS Immigration Memorandum | Judge Andrew Hanen's Injunction

Judge Andrew Hanen is on the left

I have read the 123 pages of Andrew Hanen's decision to enjoin Barry's immigration actions.
He has pointed out that the 26 state plaintiffs have standing. He says that the Federal Government says and does things, which make the Federal Government sovereign in relation to the states. No matter what the states say, the Federal Government has said that it is right.
The Federal Courts also engage in actions, which deny states' grievances, The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied claims by Arizona in regard to immigration.
Andrew Hanen tells it like it is, and he has no inclination to cozy up to anyone.
Mitch McConnell and his staff and advisors, would benefit from reading Andrew Hanen's decision.
Mitch McConnell, et al, have allowed Democrats to deny a motion to proceed with HR240.
Just read Andrew Hanen's decision Mitch.

This decision contains evidence that DHS secretary Jeh Johnson committed a crime. He did not publish his Deferred Action for Parents memorandum in the Federal Register. The Administrative Procedure Act is a law. which requires Jeh Johnson to publish the actions he took, in the Federal Register. He did not.
The president has a duty to direct the Department of Justice to charge Jeh Johnson with a crime.
John Boehner has resources in the House of Representatives to charge Jeh Johnson with a crime.

Andrew Hanen | Brilliant | Mitch McConnell | Emulate

Judge Andrew Hanen on the left

I have read 50 pages of Andrew Hanen's decision to enjoin Barry's immigration actions.
So far he has pointed out that the 26 state plaintiffs have standing. He says that the Federal Government says and does things, which make the Federal Government sovereign in relation to the states. No matter what the states say, the Federal Government has said that it is right.
The Federal Courts also engage in actions, which deny state's grievances, The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied claims by Arizona in regard to immigration.
Andrew Hansen tells it like it is, and he has no inclination to cozy up to anyone.
Mitch McConnell and his staff and advisors, would benefit from reading Andrew Hanson's decision.
Mitch McConnell, et al, have allowed Democrats to deny a motion to proceed with HR240.
Just read Andrew Hanen's decision Mitch.

Filibuster | An Antiquated Idea | Strom Thurmond

Attention: John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, Roy Blunt, Pat Toomey, Bob Casey, and Keith Rothfus

McConnell Mitch

Mitch McConnell, the filibuster is an antiquated idea, which should be discarded.

Strom Thurmond filibustered the civil rights laws. The civil rights laws passed. His filibuster was an exercise in futility.

I hope this country goes back to the basics.  "When government takes away citizens' right to bear arms it becomes citizens' duty to take away government's right to govern." George Washington

When government engages in acts of futility, like filibusters, it becomes citizens' duty to take away government's right to govern.
