Bottom line: Obama signed the sequester law. He should ask Congress to correct mistakes that are a result of his actions.

U.S. borrows 46 cents of every dollar it spends -

Fiscal year 2013 began on Oct. 1 and so far the government has spent $638 billion and taken in just $346 billion in revenue.

 

Discretionary spending…like brain mapping… is irresponsible.

 

 

 

Carbon Dioxide | Global Warming

Rush Limbaugh talked about global warming yesterday. He pointed out that carbon dioxide has increased 50% in the last ten years, but global temperatures have remained flat. There’s a little graph on this article, which depicts temperature changes over the last ten years. The same article says that:

Industrial carbon-dioxide emissions have risen by 50% since 1997.

People still say that  carbon dioxide emissions cause global warming in spite of these observations.

The sun has been getting hotter for years.

It is possible that the sun causes global warming…and that carbon dioxide emissions do not cause global warming.

I have seen other Heritage images that I wanted to share. I sent an email to Heritage and requested permission to do so. I received a terse reply, which said in effect: You are not authorized to use any Heritage images.

Then I found this on Heritage’s web site on Google+. There are a bunch of images on that web site, which are all subject to being shared.

It seems to me that The Heritage Foundation has forfeited their copyright infringement rights.
