So, the rule of law and the constitution will win. 
Inappropriate behavior will lose.

Imagine the protesters, in our current conditions, carrying out their behavior constantly for the next two years.

There could be violence; like the Steve Scalise shooting, and the Jewish synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, or pipe bombs delivered to individuals.

The behavior of Maxine Waters could encourage hate and discontent.
