My brother Wolfbilly sent an email about Akiane to me. He regularly sends some impressive email. I would like to share Akaine’s story with everyone, but there is a method in my madness.

Young, non productive parasites, or all non productive parasites, do not deserve to share in Akaine’s wealth. She has earned her wealth, her brother has earned his wealth, and it should be theirs to do with as they wish. Anything less than that is denying their liberty, and freedom. The argument of sharing the wealth can be made in 40 thousand different ways, and it will never, and I repeat, never, convince me.
Does Akiane owe the Occupy Wall Street group anything? Absolutely not. Akaine is beautiful in many ways; Occupy Wall Streeters are disgusting.
President Obama talks about having money he doesn’t need. Well, let him give it all to Occupy Wall Street, but leave this beautiful, talented, rich, young girl, alone.

The overthrow of the government of Egypt is still in progress. People like chouchou with a world view have connections, which clearly indicate what is going on in the world. They are not concerned about what is going on in Defiance, Ohio. They are concerned with Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America, and the Middle East. They are aware of government, economics, and cultures in these areas. chouchou reads approximately seven newspapers daily, speaks English and French fluently, and is capable of communicating, anywhere in the world. She reads Thomas Sowell, Dennis Prager, Victor Davis Hansen, Charles Krauthammer, et cetera.
She is my mentor and confidant.
She firmly rejects Marxist ideology. She dislikes President Obama, and she is hopeful that the United States will not be overthrown like other countries in the world.
She has seen first hand the machinations of Hu Jintao and the People’s Republic of China. She is aware of the labor camps in China. She abhors the atrocities of Kim Jong Il. When there was unrest in Lebanon, she was there. When the tsunami occurred in Japan, she was on her way there.
chouchou is an avid reader. She has read the classics . She has also read “Radical in Chief” by Stanly Kurtz, which is about Marxist President Obama.
In short, she is an American, Conservative, Christian expatriate, who travels the world, and is employed by a multi national corporation.
She doesn’t like what is happening to the United States.

Fox News reported on the origins and connections, which Occupy Wall Street has. One of the connections is: New York City Center…NYCC
After Fox News reported on the connection, NYCC shredded documents, and their administrator took action. He appeared to be very concerned, and appeared to want to cover up the truth.
Pictures of the Fox News reporters were distributed by NYCC to their group, which is rather unusual to say the least.
President Obama has been a supporter, and intimately involved with ACORN. In the 2008 campaign, $800 thousand of the Obama campaign money was provided to ACORN. He has been involved with ACORN for decades. However, ACORN was exposed, and humiliated. Funding of ACORN by the Federal Government was cut off. Now, NYCC a former ACORN affiliate is back as a supporter of Occupy Wall Street. Here is a video, which provides some details about NYCC, if you are curious. This is a reality check. To all you Marxists and semi Marxists out there:
Take a dose of reality. Vladimir Lenin started a revolution in Russia, he was a member of the Russian Communist Party (bolsheviks) [1] . The tactics of the Bolsheviks were similar to the Occupy Wall Street group. The Bolsheviks succeeded in implementing Marxism in Russia. It lasted until 1989. So, we’re speaking in terms of roughly 70 years of oppression. The Occupy Wall Street group, supported by Soros’ groups, Democrats, President Obama, et cetera, are dissatisfied with our country as it is. I would say that they want to convert our country from Capitalism to Marxism as the Bosheviks did. In the case of the Bolsheviks, all they did was cause misery for 70 years, and then they were removed from government.
So, if tax the rich, hate corporations, et cetera appeals to you, you are in for some surprises. If take the money out of others pockets, and put it in yours appeals to you, wise up. Your Utopia will not succeed.
Here’s a link to Dr Zhivago, which depicts Russian society at that time. The whole movie is available free at that link. It was no picnic, and the Soviet Union failed.

Lawyer Opposing Health Law Is Familiar Face to the Justices

This lawyer is well liked, and he has represented clients in 54 cases before the Supreme Court of the United States.
This week and last, Mr. Clement, 45, filed briefs supporting the Obama administration’s request that the court accept his health care challenge from among the several pending before it. He is lead counsel in the high-profile Florida case filed by Republican governors and attorneys general from 26 states. In August, he and his co-counsel, Michael A. Carvin, won the only appellate ruling to invalidate the act’s keystone provision, which will require most Americans to obtain medical insurance, starting in 2014.
“I do think there’s a good chance that the court will take the 11th Circuit case,” Mr. Clement said in an interview in his M Street office. “It may take other cases as well. But in the 11th Circuit case you’ve got a statute of Congress struck down as unconstitutional, in a way that creates a circuit split, and the federal government is petitioning. I’m not sure there’s ever been a case that had those three things going for it that wasn’t granted.”
Mr. Clement. As a former clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia, Mr. Clement maintains a breezy but respectful rapport with the justices. It is assumed that his familiar name on a petition can improve the 1-in-100 chance that a case will be accepted for consideration.
That is among the reasons Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona hired Mr. Clement to handle her state’s Supreme Court appeal of rulings against its groundbreaking immigration law. The speaker of the House, John A. Boehner, engaged him to contest challenges to the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act after the Obama Justice Department declared it was unconstitutional and stopped defending it. Mr. Clement, who has argued more Supreme Court cases since 2000 than any other lawyer, made his 54th appearance in mid-October and has another scheduled for December. Mr. Clement’s familiarity with the court was on display in an edgy exchange in 2009, when he argued in Perdue v. Kenny A. that lawyers occasionally deserved enhanced fees for exceptional performance. It had been barely a year since he left the solicitor general’s job, with its $158,500 salary, for a huge pay package at King & Spalding. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., who had himself once enjoyed a lucrative law practice, started the ribbing. “Maybe we have a different perspective,” the chief justice said. “You think the lawyers are responsible for a good result, and I think the judges are.” “And maybe your perspective’s changed, Your Honor,” Mr. Clement suggested, as the courtroom tittered. “Maybe your perspective has changed, too, Mr. Clement,” volleyed Justice Samuel A. '60 Minutes' commentator Andy Rooney dies

I watched Andy”s final regular show. He said then that he knew he was going to die, but that he didn’t want to.
After the announcement of his death, I looked around to see what I could find. Andy had some sort of minor surgery, and he and his family requested privacy. My understanding is: Andy died from complications due to his minor surgery. A lot of surgery is successful, but I have personally known of people who died. One was only 40 years old.
