RE: Arpio’s Birth Certificate Findings | I’m Waiting for Someone to Refute

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – April 13, 2012 –
A birth certificate was posted on the White House web site on April 27, 2011.  Joe Arpio’s posse investigated that birth certificate. They have reported that they found the birth certificate to be fraudulent. I can only go on what I read. I’m looking for information, which refutes the information presented by the Arpio posse. I haven’t found information, which refutes the information from Joe Arpio’s posse. The Arpio press conference took place March 31, 2012.
I do know that a lawsuit has been filed in Florida in an attempt to keep President Obama off the Florida ballot. There are other states considering doing the same, but it doesn’t seem to be taking root.

Democrats were complicit in the attack…April 12, 1861, which was the start of the Civil War.

Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. He attempted to reason with the Democrats. He was not aggressive.

Stephan A. Douglas, Jefferson Davis, and John C. Calhoun…all Democrats… wanted to keep slavery as being legal. Democrats were complicit in the attack on Fort Sumter.
The purpose of the Democrats was: Deny the natural right of slaves to the fruits of their labor.
They lost.

And that my friend is when the country will finally wake up. I can't believe the US Military will support an unconstitutional power grab. Would he elicit military support from Russia, China, Iran, etc? Would liberals in the US side with them? Could it be WW III in the making, but contained within the US. I must be dreaming, I need to awaken, this must be a nightmare!

The state of the union may be similar to the state of the union in the 1850's and 1860's. The attempt then was to deny natural rights to the fruits of one's labor. Van Jones' Americans Arab Spring revolt...is an attempt to deny me, you, and others of their natural rights. The Bolsheviks fought for roughly 70 years to install Communism in Soviet Russia...and failed. So, our country may be in for a long term period of misery. Misery is the product of Marxism. Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is the product of the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution. Wolfbilly… Isn't it ironic that the Civil War was due to natural rights being deprived from Slaves by their Aristocratic Owners? The potential war of 2013 would be due to natural rights being deprived from constitutionalists by their elected Aristocratic Owners! My nightmare continues -I pray for our Creator's assistance. Wolfman… Thank you for responding! Since I have removed the comments from my articles on Newsvine lately, I had hoped that Viners would figure out...as you have...that there are articles...such as this one...where comments can be made. What I'm leading up to...is that President Obama is truly ignorant. As you have so wisely pointed out...the potential war of 2013 would be...due to natural rights being deprived from constitutionalists by their elected Aristocratic officials. There are ominous clues:

• The National Defense Authorization Act 2012, which denies trial by a jury.
• President Obama's executive order, which makes total Presidential control of the United States possible.
• The announcement by Van Jones of an Americans Arab Spring.
• The alliance of President Obama with Occupy Wall Street.
• There seems to be an alliance between Republicans and Democrats, which denies natural rights to citizens of the United States.
• et cetera

I intend to write more articles, which will be posted on Newsvine with comments not allowed. Comments can be made on articles, where comments are allowed...such as this one. One of the next articles will be about the Democrats trying to keep slavery as a right in the United States, which resulted in an attack on Fort Sumter. Democrats started the Civil War, which was devastating. Their purpose was to deny the natural rights of citizens. Natural Rights

We all have a natural right, given to us by our Creator, to the fruits of our labor.
Slavery denied the rights of slaves to their natural rights. The question of natural rights brought on political activities in the 1850’s and 1860’s.
Abraham Lincoln was in favor of natural rights.
Senator Stephan A. Douglas, Jefferson Davis, and John C. Calhoun brought the United States into a Civil War in an attempt to deny natural rights.
Abraham Lincoln was a Republican.
Senator Stephan A. Douglas, Jefferson Davis, and John C. Calhoun were Democrats.
I am proud of my Republican history.
I believe that there is a Creator, and that He has given me natural rights.

The Republican Party Was Formed in 1854

The Republican Party was formed in 1854 in opposition to the Kansas-Nebraska Act.

The Kansas-Nebraska act allowed the practice of slavery.

The party was started in Jackson, Michigan. Jackson, Michigan… where I had most of my truck maintenance done. I stopped there multiple times weekly for fuel, maintenance, food, scales, and rest…for several years. I wish that I could contact my friends in Jackson. My contact is available in my bio here.

This knowledge of the Republican party… was obtained from Hillsdale College… in a Constitution 101 course on the Internet.

I’m taking a course in Constitution 101 online from Hillsdale College. I have completed 7 weeks, and I have 3 weeks to go to finish the course. Constitution 101 gets top priority.

We now have a situation where President Obama is trying to not only govern himself, but is trying to govern another man.

Many prominent people have said that President Obama made a mistake. 57 laws…passed with strong support…have been declared unconstitutional since 1980.
 
We now have a situation where Van Jones is trying to not only govern himself, but is trying to govern another man.

An Egypt-styled “Arab Spring,” which has put radicals in charge of the government, will be launched in the United States this spring with a war on “corporate power, Wall Street greed and the political corruption of the 1 percent,” according to the group headed by former Obama green aide Van Jones.

President Obama is a Van Jones supporter…and an Occupy Wall Street supporter.

The Constitution Rules | Obama and Holder Do Not Determine Constitutionality

It has become self evident that President Obama and Eric Holder, among others, have decided to become judicial tyrants. The Constitution rules that the Supreme Court has the exclusive power to adjudicate. President Obama and Eric Holder have decided that they will decide whether Obamacare is constitutional, but they were forced to admit that the Supreme Court has the final decision. The President Obama and Eric Holder decision is: The Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional.
That is tyranny by the executive branch...and steps on the power of the judicial branch of the Federal government.
