President Obama | False Statements | Flag

“Forward” speech at Columbus, Ohio 2012

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – May 29, 2012 –
Anyone, who does not protect and defend the United States Constitution, does not protect and defend the Republic and “we the people”. President Obama makes the statement that corporations are not people in the video posted here. It’s at about 15:15. It is settled law that corporations are people. It will probably not change anytime soon.
President Obama has made several false statements about matters regarding the constitutionality of laws.
President Obama stated:
“I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.”

Overturning laws like Obamacare is not unprecedented. Many laws…under President Obama’s criteria…have been declared unconstitutional.
Yesterday, I did a search for litigation in regard to the Defense of Marriage Act…which President Obama has said is unconstitutional. In spite of what President Obama has said…the law is being litigated in the courts! The articles, which I read, say that it is likely that the Defense of Marriage Act will be decided by the US Supreme Court within a year. Major gay marriage cases in federal court and where they stand

The Last Election | This Election | About Freebies

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – May 28, 2012 –
In 2008, ACORN was a big thing. ACORN probably had a lot to do with getting President Obama elected. President Obama probably had a lot to do with getting ACORN removed. He “gave” them $800 thousand of campaign funds…that didn’t keep them in business in the long run. Now…you don’t hear Obama crowing about ACORN.
ACORN was a bunch of “freebies” seekers. They wanted risky mortgages. They got risky mortgages. They also got mortgage foreclosures…a busted housing bubble…and a recession. President Obama should be removed…just because he supported ACORN…and the risky mortgages, foreclosures, and the busted housing bubble.

The folks who are getting the free stuff don't like the folks who are paying for the free stuff, because the folks who are paying for the free stuff can no longer afford to pay for both the free stuff and their own stuff. [1]

President Obama’s “Forward” speech in Columbus, Ohio is about “freebies”. President Obama talked about tax cuts for the rich. Tax cuts for the rich reduce freebies…or make freebies harder to obtain. President Obama talked about cutting taxes on the rich…while raising taxes on 18 million American families. Video near 13:15

And, the folks, who are paying for the free stuff, want the free stuff to stop.
And the folks who are getting the free stuff want even more free stuff on top of the free stuff they are already getting! [1]

I’m writing all this for this reason:
The Soviet Union came to an end in 1989. Greece, et cetera, are wallowing in misery.

We have let the free stuff giving go on for so long that there are now more people getting free stuff than paying for the free stuff.
Now understand this. All great democracies have committed financial suicide somewhere between 200 and 250 years after being founded. The reason?
The voters figured out they could vote themselves money from the treasury by electing people who promised to give them money from the treasury in exchange for electing them.
The United States officially became a Republic in 1776, 236 years ago. The number of people now getting free stuff outnumbers the people paying for the free stuff. We have one chance to change that in 2012. Failure to change that spells the end of the United States as we know it. [1]

Please note that the reported information was not readily available. It was necessary to sue under the freedom of information act to obtain this information. The litigation costs money, and unless someone is willing or able to sue…the information is hidden. This is not good.
There are roughly 500-600 words that the DHS looks for. They are listed at the bottom of the Mail Online article. The thought of pasting the list here…entered my mind. The consequences might be unwelcome. We are not even free to list the words the DHS looks for.
I read not too long ago that the DHS was hiring contractors to search the internet for “words”. The linked article reports what those words are. That is a violation of free speech. The salaries of these contractors comes from taxes, borrowed money, and printed money. It is surely an excess… that this country can survive without. Ben Franklin said that we give up our freedom for security. This is an example of his idea.
This is part of the reason we have a large number of Tea Party representatives in the House of Representatives. Tea…taxed …enough…already. The huge deficit, and the national debt, are reason enough alone, to cut this expense. The printing of money …and borrowing…puts our economy in danger.
The violation of free speech should, and may, be brought to the courts…I would hope so.
Fox News reported this information. The Mail Online reported this information. I’d be curious to know what other main stream media reported on the words the DHS looks for.
DHS was used in this article to avoid using words “on the list”.

Obama movie coming out about Bin Laden raid

My son sent the link to me in an email.

The President is supposed to execute laws…not legislate…not make judicial decisions. It is not his job to reveal secrets.

The White House knew when the film about the bin Laden raid was slated to be released, and the White House alone decided to release the information. Those facts should raise a red flag for Congress that the White House has come awfully close to the line. It’s up to them to find out how this Administration is handling or mishandling ultra-sensitive national security secrets.

It's up to Congress to decide whether President Obama is using the government to his own advantage… over the interests of the Republic.
