A judge called President Obama on his statement…and ordered him to have a letter submitted. The letter acknowledged that President Obama was wrong.

The Defense of Marriage Act
The law is being litigated, but President Obama has said that the law violates the constitution at about 4:40 in the video below. The courts…not the president…decide which laws are unconstitutional.
