  1. Well, isn't that special. The April 3rd deadline came and went, and, oh, what a surprise! Today, April 4, is Saturday. No chance of a vote now. Let's wait until Monday. On Monday, Boehner will announce that he is "revisiting" the suggestion that the House vote to force Clinton to turn over the server. On Tuesday, we will be told that Boehner is not sure he will find the votes. On Wednesday, a vote will be taken on the question, should the House have a vote to force Clinton to turn over the server? On Thursday, the vote will find, yes, we should. On Friday, a group will meet to compose language for a proposed order forcing Clinton to turn over the server. The work will continue through Monday. On Tuesday, talking heads will pronounce that such an order will have no legal authority. Boehner, with heavy heart, will agree. On Wednesday, the vote will occur, but it will be considered symbolic, and not effectual. By Friday, Clinton will turn over something that used to be her server.

  2. Yes, that's about the way things go.
Congress will resume April 13; so, we'll have to wait even longer to see whether anything happens.
