President Obama does not represent people of faith. It is tyranny to impose contraception on Catholics and others. It is tyranny to order Chaplains to not read a letter to congregants in church services. President Obama should be removed.

There are multiple lawsuits concerning attacks on freedom of religion. There is something extremely wrong when the President of the United States attacks religious freedom.

The National Defense Authorization Act 2012 has given birth to new litigation regarding trial by jury. Any person who voted for NDAA 2012 should be removed from government.

President Obama does not protect and defend the Constitution. The President has publicly stated his views. He does not like the idea of campaign contributions by corporations…even though the Supreme Court has found corporate campaign contributions to be legal. The Constitution does not require social justice…take from the rich and give to the poor. President Obama does not like the Constitution’s requirements. President Obama likes the idea of government control of health care. We’ll soon find out what the Supreme Court says in that regard. President Obama… as the executive branch of the government… has a duty to execute immigration laws. He has not done so. President Obama decided…on his own…that the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional. The President does not…and should not…have the power to declare laws unconstitutional.

The Constitution intended for congress to legislate. Executive orders have made legislation by presidents possible. Congress is not doing their job by allowing this practice to take place. A tyrant is enabled to impose his ideas… instead of  the ideas of the people being represented by the legislature.

The Constitution did not intend for the EPA to be able to fine private citizens $37,000 a day for violation of EPA wetland regulations.

The Constitution provides people with the fruits of their labor.

Spreading the wealth around is a communist leaning idea. 

Moving student loans out of the private sector and into government control…so that student votes can be manipulated by the executive branch… is a Communist leaning idea. It certainly isn’t a capitalist idea.

The Constitution did not intend for a tyrant to be able to legislate and make judicial decisions.

President Obama is now scared of money coming from overseas to help Republicans. In 2008, money came from overseas to help President Obama.

The President has gone from walking on water…stopping the oceans from rising…and causing a light to light up, which will tell voters to vote for him…to pandering to gays. Pandering to gays may not turn out to be rewarding for him. He elected to take a gamble. When he’s gambling, he’s scared. Talk about lights lighting up to tell voters to vote for him is gone. His campaign opener in Columbus, Ohio took place in a partially empty stadium.

Marriage is between a man and a woman. A relationship between two males, two females, or two whatever… is being used to obtain political benefits. Tax breaks are one of them. Health insurance benefits are another. I refer to these things as freebies. President Obama is going to allow a centuries old tradition of marriage… being between a man and a woman… to be hijacked by gays, lesbians, et cetera, for political gain. President Obama would change the Constitution…which has been around 235 years…if he could…but he can’t. President Obama would like to bypass congress, but in at least one case, he, and the EPA got shellacked. [1] Marriage is defined as the union of one man and one woman in   42 states… that idea is not likely to go away.

Obamacare and SB 1070…the Arizona immigration law…are on the ropes…a Supreme Court Decision will be made prior to the election. Eric Holder may be tried for contempt of congress. There are numerous law suits relative to religious freedom being tried in the courts. [2] There’s the vision of the shellacking in the 2010 elections, which is not a distant memory.

The Tea Party is very much alive. The undoing of Senator Lugar confirmed that. The Tea Party has good ideas…or they wouldn’t be as powerful as they already are. President Obama has a foe in the Tea Party…which will oppose his Communist leaning ideas.

President Obama ought to be scared.

Government Should Represent the People

 

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – May 10, 2012 –

Senator Lugar lost his job as a US Senator. The people voted out a person, who they perceived as a person who did not represent them. He crossed the aisle to Democrats, and visited President Obama. On the other hand they voted for a Tea Party candidate…Richard Mourdock. It does not appear to me that the Tea Party wants to bypass Congress. It appears to me that the Tea Party wants Congress to represent the people.

I don’t think Eric Holder wants to represent the people…he wants thugs to be able to intimidate voters at the polls. I don’t think the people want Eric Holder to be allowed to hide his involvement in Fast and Furious. I do think President Obama would like to see Eric Holder go unpunished for his actions.

Lugar was 80 years old, and had spent too long in the Senate. The incumbent Senators are voted back into office too frequently. Voting them out more frequently is a good idea. Barney Frank finally wore out his welcome. Nancy Pelosi , Harry Reid, and Maxine Waters don’t represent the people. These are people, who gave us NDAA 2012.

It’s time for Barack Obama to go. The government has become more tyrannical on his watch. Executive orders have increased in number. Executive orders bypass Congress. Congress can represent the people.

Executive orders are used to hijack the will of the people.

Marriage is Between a Man and a Woman

Yesterday North Carolina voted to put an amendment in their constitution…marriage is between a man and a woman. Bill Clinton opposed the idea. Billy Graham was for the idea. Bill Clinton and those who were like minded lost. Billy Graham and those who were like minded won.

There are now 30 states with “marriage is between a man and woman” …laws…on their books.

When 30 states are like minded…when California has a referendum…when the California referendum of the majority of the people… is overturned by a judge…that sends a message. The people say “marriage is between a man and a woman”. A judge in California did not represent the people. Joe Biden’s support of gay marriage does not represent the people of at least 30 states…and does not represent the people in California, who voted for the “marriage is between a man and a woman”… referendum.

President Obama’s acts in regard to the Defense of Marriage Act…do not represent the people in at least 30 states…and probably more. That is good. An election is coming up soon.

The election will determine whether the ideas of Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, and President Obama will prevail…or not.
