Obama Bullies Supreme Court For the Third Time
The US Supreme Court will decide two marriage cases this term. The president told them how to rule.
The president has violated the constitution by declaring the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional… before the court rules. Under the constitution the president is supposed to enforce laws. The president and his administration quit enforcing the Defense of Marriage Act some time ago.
