Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – May 3, 2012 –

Texas, California, and Wisconsin have something in common…or lack thereof.

Texas is one of the most business friendly states. California is one of the worst business friendly states.

Wisconsin has been the location of union-government turmoil.

The thing that they all have in common…or lack thereof is: Leaning Communist.

Texas is one of the least communist leaning states…hence…it is one of the most business friendly states. Being a business friendly state shows up in the finances of the state. Texas stands heads and shoulders above California in its state financial health. A healthier financial state is more pleasant to live in. In other words, there is more LIFE, LIBERTY, and pursuit of happiness. Business property is more protected in Texas…than it is in California. Texas can take pride in its achievement.

California…being a Communist leaning state…is a less pleasant place to live. The state’s finances are a disaster. The government of California ignores the more miserable state of affairs, and does nothing to correct the influence of unions. Unions have more power in California…than they do in Texas. The government of California is leaning communist. I heard a college president make derogatory comments about Apple…yesterday…he wants Apple to provide more money to his college!

There has been a report that the Wisconsin teacher’s unions…have been in cahoots with Communists and anarchists. The Wisconsin protests were a precursor to Occupy Wall Street. There was a strategy…legislators leave the state…death threats…and union participation:

The teacher’s unions do not deny the Communist, anarchist connections.

I’ve had Sanyo AA and AAA batteries for several months now, and I like them.

I had an ear canal infection about January 10. As of February 16, it’s completely cured.

Vitamin C is a natural antibiotic, and I used a lot of vitamin C during that time. I’m not talking pills, I’m talking clementine's, strawberries, broccoli, cauliflower, et cetera.

I used an ear syringe to flush out the ear canal, and I used hydrogen peroxide.

I put hydrogen peroxide soaked cotton balls inside my ear to prevent germs, etc. from getting onto my pillow and bed.

I was concerned about gangrene. If blood circulation is cut off, gangrene can result.

I also used “sweet oil” in my ear canal.

Getting back to Tea Tree Oil: They advertise that it is antibiotic, anti-fungus, and anti-virus. I applied it to various areas of my body, and it’s effective as far as I’m concerned

President Obama | Exploits Public Ignorance

There was a legal proceeding in New Jersey. The videos of that proceeding are available now, but I have read reports that efforts to scrub those videos are taking place. It is my understanding that lawsuits have been filed to scrub the videos. Not only that…there have been death threats. Videos of the legal proceeding in New Jersey. Obama’s lawyer is an attractive young female. I have watched all three videos… it is evident that her goal is to allow President Obama to get on the ballot in New Jersey… regardless of the lack of proof that he is qualified to be president.
Judge Maslin agreed.
President Obama has already won a similar case in Georgia. The Georgia primary is over. The New Jersey primary is June the 5th. There is a lawsuit in Florida regarding President Obama being on the ballot there. Arizona is among several other states, which are challenging the right to put President Obama on the ballot.
I have read reports that President Obama’s lawyer does admit that the birth certificate posted on the White House web site is a fake. As I say…my understanding is: President Obama is attempting to have this information removed. This link is to an obscure web site, because there were no links to main stream media easily available. Many of the cases cite Minor v. Happersett, a U.S. Supreme Court opinion from 1875 that said a “natural born citizen” would be a person whose parents both were citizens. President Obama’s father was not a US citizen.
So, President Obama is not interested in openness and transparency…he is interested in just the opposite. There’s a name for this type of behavior: hypocrisy. We heard about openness and transparency… ad nauseum… in the 2008 campaign. Now, President Obama is a traitor to his own campaign ideas. He’s trying to hide what actually took place in a New Jersey courtroom. The public remains ignorant, if President Obama succeeds in hiding events.

The lawyers representing Obama are clearly attempting to re write history by claiming that the videos of the hearing have caused their employees and firm to be threatened and, because of this, should be removed.
You can watch all three videos below:

President Obama is not interested in openness and transparency…in fact…he is interested in hiding these videos.
He may succeed…I might add.

Devlin’s Pointe | Numbered Parking Spaces

 

Allison Park, Pennsylvania – May 1, 2012 –

Yesterday and today has been among the happier days in my life. We have lived in a Devlin’s Pointe townhouse for a little over a year now. There are approximately 23 buildings and 325 apartments at this location. I’m told there are 3 other locations.

Part of the parking spaces are marked at the Allison Park location. Our location did not have marked parking spaces for the last year. This was important to me, because there was confusion without marked spaces.

We went to the grocery store this morning. Our parking space is near our townhouse. When we came back from the grocery store, we were able to park near our townhouse…and carry the groceries into the house. I talked to our single female neighbor, and she was happy. She now has an assigned space near her apartment…and doesn’t have to walk  in darkness…from far away from her apartment after sundown.

I want to thank Devlin’s Pointe for doing this…and especially the manager and her assistant…who work in the clubhouse at Devlin’s Pointe…the maintenance men… and the week end managers.

Five Coal Powered Plants in Pennsylvania Closed | Five Refineries in New Jersey Closed

I was listening to Glen Meakem on FM 104.7 Pittsburgh this morning. Glen Meakem’s words go beyond the Internet.  According to him… five coal fired plants in Pennsylvania, and five refineries in New Jersey have closed.
Barack Obama owns these events. Bush and Cheney didn’t cause coal fired plants to close. The recession didn’t cause the coal fired plants to close. Barack Obama, his administration, and the EPA did. The people didn’t ask for coal fired plants to be closed. Barack Obama and others chose to do it without authorization by the people. Barack Obama believes that he knows what is good for the people…and forces his ideas on the people…similar to the way King George III did prior to the revolution. Barack Obama predicted that the price of electricity will skyrocket.

The EPA does not represent the people. The EPA does force their ideas on the people. Again, this is similar to the situation at the Boston Tea Party.
Now, lets talk about the price of gas. Barack Obama had a vision. The vision was green energy, wind power, solar power, pond scum, et cetera. The vision was not practical. We have a small amount of electricity being produced by wind. Solar power is less than a spectacular success. Pond scum, et cetera, are practically non existent. However, gas prices are up, and refineries are finding it impossible to deal with EPA regulation. Hence…5 refineries in New Jersey have closed. Oil refineries are no longer in a free market. They are in a government regulated market, which is tyrannical. Barack Obama will attempt to explain away the results of his blunders…but any clear thinking person can observe his results.
Barack Obama has put energy in the United States in harm’s way. Barack Obama is anti constitutional and anti Declaration of Independence. He does not believe in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He does not protect property. Coal property has been and is being destroyed. Energy production…such as the refinery industry… is being destroyed.

Arizona Immigration Law | Initial Observations

If the link to this article is examined, it will show that the link is to the Crescent News…Defiance, Ohio. Defiance, Ohio was my home town up until about 1960…I left when I was about 30 years old…and moved to Dallas, Texas. I spent about 13 years in Texas. I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for about 25 years…Spent several years in Hammond, Indiana…Lived about 5 years in Jacksonville, Florida…then spent about 6 years in Arizona, and now I’m back in Pittsburgh.
The Arizona Immigration Law is a constitutional issue. Obamacare is being decided as to whether it is constitutional. So, we have two cases where the constitutionality of the laws are being decided.
It is not necessary to read the article. The preliminary observations indicate that the Arizona law may be determined to be constitutional. The article indicates that this idea is somewhat a surprise to some people.
Progressives, President Obama included, maintain that the Constitution is subject to change and interpretation as a living document. The founders held that the Constitutions was a permanent set of rules, which could be changed according to the process specified in the Constitution. Abraham Lincoln was a Constitutionalist. Teddy Roosevelt was one of the first Presidents with Progressive ideas. Woodrow Wilson was strongly Progressive. President Franklin D. Roosevelt was as strongly, or more strongly progressive than Woodrow Wilson.
